I design accessible learning experiences that close the gap between what people know and what they can do. In eight years of practice, I apply cognitive science and adult learning theory to design learning that transfers, not just informs.

Scaffolded Challenge: I calibrate the right amount of productive friction — desirable difficulty — so learning is retained without overwhelming the learner.
Inclusive & Accessible Design: Accessibility is not an afterthought. From logical focus orders for screen readers to high-contrast UI design, I build learning experiences that are equitable and compliant.
Real-World Context: Learning is more likely to transfer when the learner cares. By anchoring modules in highly relatable, scenario-based case studies, I ensure learners immediately see the "What's In It For Me" and how the training serves their daily workflow.

A Proven, Effective Workflow
✓ Root-Cause Discovery:
We start with the performance goal — content and interactions get shaped around the exact behavioural change we are driving toward.
✓ Targeted SME Collaboration:
I keep SME interviews agile and focused — agendas sent 48 hours in advance, structured to surface the 3-4 highest-value scenarios, so sessions stay on track.
✓ Aligned Prototyping:
I build storyboards and UI mockups, walking the SME through them to confirm alignment before iterative development begins — avoiding costly surprises later.
From there: structured checkpoints carry the work through to launch.
